What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on orders over $99.99 within the contiguous U.S. The shipping charges for your entire order are as follows:
- ORDER TOTAL (before Tax) - SHIPPING
- Expedited or Overnight Shipments - Rates vary depending on location
- Any order that includes a group special - FREE
Regions Covered:
Continental U.S.:
- All states, including remote areas accessible by major carriers.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories:
- Additional shipping charges apply due to extended delivery routes. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the specific destination.
Exceptions:
- Please note that Free Shipping is not available to areas with special service considerations, including select remote or inaccessible regions. Specific ZIP codes where additional charges apply will be listed on our site.
For regions not covered or if you have questions about your shipping needs, please call us at 1-800-964-8699 or email us at orders@72hours.com with your order details, and we will provide you with a shipping quote. If an order does not ship in its entirety due to some items being backordered, there is no additional shipping charge when the backordered items are shipped.
What is your shipping time?
The majority of orders ship out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days based on product availability. However, there may be extenuating circumstances that cause an order to ship outside that time period. If you have any questions or concerns about getting your order within a specific time frame, please call us at 1.800.964.8699 and we will do our best to help.
Who will deliver my order?
The majority of orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. Exceptionally large orders may be shipped through another common carrier such as FedEx.
Can you ship to my PO Box?
Yes, we can ship to PO Box.
Can you email me a tracking number when my order ships?
If you have given us your email address, our system will automatically send you an email with this information.
NOTE: Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's website to update tracking information before it can be tracked. If orders have been shipped in multiple boxes, you will have multiple tracking numbers and your order may be delivered at separate times.
What methods of payment do you accept?
If your order is placed over the phone, payment can be paid via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
If your order is made through the Internet, you can use PayPal or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) to pay for your order.
For larger volume orders, we accept personal checks, money orders, PayPal or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) to pay for your order.

We want you to be happy with our products. That’s why we offer a 30-DAY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If anything, you purchase from us fails to meet your expectations, please call us. We’ll make it right. We’re confident you won’t find a better deal anywhere else. But if you find the same product anywhere else for less within 30 days of your purchase, let us know. ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
We offer a one-year warranty on the day of delivery against defects in material and workmanship on all non-food products. Many products contain a manufacturer’s warranty to cover them.
