Online Purchases Returns and Exchange Policy

RETURNS

You can receive a full refund within 14 days starting from the date the package is received. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.

As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10-14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.

EXCHANGES

We are not able to offer exchanges online once the order has been shipped from our facility.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE DETAILS

For all returns or exchanges:

    • Items must not be used, or damaged.
    • All original product packaging must be present and not damaged.
    • You must present a valid receipt with date of purchase and date package was received.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

      • Surgical Mask

How to Mail Back an Online Return

Follow the two steps below to complete online returns for online purchases. If you are returning items from multiple orders, please contact our 72 HRS Customer Representative to set up your return.

  1. Email orders@72hours.com or call our toll free line at 1 800 964 8699. Our customer representative will provide you with further instructions.
  2. Please reference the appropriate carrier website for hours of operation and accessible return drop off locations. Pack and ship your return, following the instructions provided by the 72 HRS Customer Representative. A return postage fee of $9.99 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.

Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 14 days of your Shipping Confirmation and E-Receipt email. Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 3 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we will e-mail you and let you know.

Order Cancellation

Contact us within 24 hours after the order has been placed to ensure we are able to cancel in a timely member. Remember!
